BigCommerce Online Education Modules Order Terms

1. Terms of Service Govern. BigCommerce’s then-current Terms of Service, as they may be updated from time to time in BigCommerce’s sole discretion and without notice, and if applicable, the BigCommerce Master Enterprise Agreement or Master Services Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement") between BigCommerce and you (“Customer”) govern the purchase, use and delivery of the Online Education Modules described below, except as amended by the following terms. Capitalized words or phrases used but not defined in this Online Education Modules Order Terms have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement. By clicking the acceptance button or using the Online Education Modules, you represent and warrant that (a) you are authorized to do so, and (b) neither you nor the entity you represent are barred from using the Services or the Online Education Modules under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
2. Services. BigCommerce will provide Customer with access to the Online Education Modules as described at https://www.bigcommerce.com/online-education-modules-exhibit/ for four (4) user count for the duration of the Term. All Online Education Modules have corresponding online tests to gauge the proficiency of the student.
3. Offer Eligibility: Only accounts in good standing with active subscriptions to the BigCommerce platform are eligible for this offer.
4. Fees. For access to the Online Education Modules during the Term, Customer shall pay BigCommerce $30.00 per user for 90 days.
5. Term; Termination. BigCommerce will make the Online Education Modules available for a period of 90 days from the date BigCommerce first makes the Online Education Modules available to you (the “Term”), unless terminated earlier in accordance with the termination provisions in the Agreement.
6. Effect of Termination. Upon expiration termination of the Term, BigCommerce will cease making the Online Education Modules available to Customer.

4. Fees. For access to the Online Education Modules during the Term of this offer, Customer shall pay BigCommerce $0 per user for 30 days.
